有關香港實施的惡劣天氣交易安排通知
親愛的客戶，
為跟隨香港交易所發布新的惡劣天氣交易安排並將於在2024年9月23日實施，在惡劣天氣下的證券及衍生產品市場，國農證券有限公司 (“國農證券”) 將會跟隨相關新措施維持證券交易服務。
惡劣天氣是指香港天文台發出八號或以上颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告，或香港特別行政區政府公布之「極端情況」。
在惡劣天氣交易下，部份交易服務會繼續維持，惟部份服務會受影響並須延至下一個營業日處理，詳細如下:
(1) 交易安排
在惡劣天氣下，辦公室將會暫停開放，客戶仍可透過手機應用程序、網站、即時訊息或致電交易專線 +852 2106 3166繼續進行交易。
(2) 結算安排
請客戶確保交易戶口中已準備足夠的資金進行交易和結算，避免因惡劣天氣而未能及時處理結算可能導致強制平倉或額外利息或相關費用。
(3) 股票提存安排
(i) 服務包括股票提存服務將延至下一個工作日處理；
(4) 資金提存安排
(i) 在惡劣天氣交易期間，超過港幣1,000,000元的提款申請將於下一個正常工作日處理；少於港幣1,000,000元之提款申請將如常處理。
(ii) 實體支票無法在惡劣天氣交易期間收取。在前一個正常工作日下午 2:00 後收集到的實體支票須在下一個正常工作日處理。
(iii) 建議客戶事先熟悉如何使用相關銀行之電子渠道，例如定期檢查以確保其登入密碼正確。如有需要，客戶亦應確保其第三方電子渠道的資金轉帳限額已依據其需求作出調整，確保在惡劣天氣下仍能進行資金轉帳。
(5) 客戶服務安排
在惡劣天氣日期間，我們會提供電話服務支援，當天客戶可致電 +852 2106 3166與本公司聯絡咨詢。

Dear Valuable Customer,
In accordance with the new Severe Weather Trading (SWT) arrangement issued by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and effective from September 23, 2024, in the event of Severe Weather affecting the securities and derivatives markets, China Demeter Securities Limited ("China Demeter ") will follow the new arrangement to maintain securities trading services.
Severe Weather refers to the scenario where a typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, or an “Extreme Conditions” announcement is made by the HKSAR Government.
During Severe Weather Trading (SWT), some of the trading services will continue to operate, however, some services may be affected and may need to be processed on the next normal working day, details as below:
(1) Trading Arrangement
Under Severe Weather conditions, Offices will be closed and you may continue our trading services through the mobile application, website, instant message or contact to trading hotline at +852 2106 3166.
(2) Settlement Arrangement
Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in securities account for trading and settlement to avoid the possibility of the delays in the processing of fund settlement may result in forced liquidation or additional interest, or related fees due to the Severe Weather.
(3) Stock Deposit & Withdrawal Arrangement
Services including stock withdrawals and stock deposits will be processed on the next normal working day.
(4) Fund Deposit & Withdrawal Arrangement
(i) During SWT period, withdrawal request exceeding HK$1,000,000. will be handled on the next normal working day. Withdrawal request less than HK$1,000,000. will be handled as usual.
(ii) Physical cheque would not be collected during SWT period. Cheque collected after 2:00pm on the previous normal working day will have to be handled on the next normal working day.
(iii) You are advised to familiar with the use of relevant bank’s electronic channels in advance, for example regularly check to ensure that your login password is correct. You should make sure that their third-party fund transfer limits via electronic channels are adjusted to suit the needs, ensuring they can proceed fund transfer under severe weather.
(5) Customer Service
